Get Barbercita
For barbers and owners · Earnings alerts

Your day's money, in a push.

Each barber hears what they made, against their own usual, when their shift ends. The owner gets the whole shop when the last chair closes. No logging in to find out.

Included in the one $35/mo plan, every barber. See pricing →

A barber's lock screen with Barbercita earnings pushes: $340 so far, end of day $612 and best Saturday since Sep 12, $70 more after the shift, and last week's $2,640 up 9%
Why it matters

Nobody opens a report on a Saturday night.

Numbers you have to go looking for don't get looked at. Numbers that show up on your lock screen, saying you beat your usual, do.

Barbers love it

"You made $612 today, your best Saturday since Sep 12." Try not to smile.

Owners see it

The shop's day, in one push, before you're home.

Cash doesn't drift

Who owes cash from today is right in the summary.

For owners

The shop's day, before you're home.

When the last shift ends you get the shop's total and the top barbers. Money made after hours gets its own follow-up, and commission barbers who owe you cash from the day are listed by name. Monday brings last week's total.

Earnings alert questions

What do the earnings alerts tell a barber?
What they've made so far through the day, a summary when their own shift ends, one more if money comes in after it, and a Monday report on last week.
What are they compared with?
The barber's own numbers: their usual for that weekday, their best day or week since a date, their 8-week average. Not some industry chart.
What's the "Top 10% of Barbercita barbers" line?
It only shows up when a barber's day or week is in the top 25% of at least 10 earning barbers on Barbercita, demo shops left out. Otherwise it stays quiet.
What does the owner get?
The shop's total and the top barbers when the last shift of the day ends, by push and by email, plus a weekly total. Commission barbers who owe cash from the day are listed, and money made after hours gets its own follow-up.
Does it send at the right time for late shifts?
Yes. The end-of-day push waits for each barber's own shift to end, so someone working until 9 still gets theirs.
Does it cost extra?
No. Earnings alerts are in the $35 a month plan for the whole shop, every barber.
