Take the chair to the client.
Book house calls like any other appointment, with the address and travel fee up front and your own mobile prices. When you start driving, the client watches you come on a live map in your shop's app, so nobody texts "where are you?"
Included in the one $35/mo plan, every barber. See pricing →

Mobile barbering without the group chat.
A lot of mobile barbers run house calls on texts, payment apps and vibes. Put the address, the fee and the trip in the same app as the booking.
"Where are you?"
"Five minutes." It's never five minutes. Let the app tell them.
Gas isn't free
A travel fee in the checkout, not an awkward talk at the door.

Your radius, your days, your minimum.
Draw the circle, set the price.
Pick your starting point and how many miles you'll go, and the map shows the circle. Choose your days, a travel fee (flat or per mile), a buffer for the drive and a minimum in services. Every service gets its own house-call price next to the shop price, with a deposit and your own cancellation and no-show rules.

The road there, before you leave.
Open the visit and the route is already on the map: the address, the client's notes (gate code, which door), the ETA, the miles and the travel fee. Tap Start trip when you head out, or Navigate to open your maps app.

They watch you pull up.
Once you start the trip, the visit in your shop's app shows you on the map, live, with minutes and miles to go (first phone up top). Their phone also buzzes when you leave, about how many minutes out you are, when you're in the neighborhood and when you're outside.

Every dollar, on the receipt.
Services, the travel fee, the tip and the card fee, each on its own line, then the total. The client sees exactly what they paid for, so nobody argues about the trip at the door.

A travel fee is easy. The trip is the hard part.
Booksy has mobile services with travel fees and a maximum distance, and every mobile booking waits for your manual OK. theCut lets clients request barbers who offer mobile services. Neither page lists live trip updates for the client.
